As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Greater Maryland.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to develop and grow our business in the Greater Maryland region. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and providing expert agronomic and technical advice to our customer base. While an existing customer base is preferred, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will excel in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the Greater Maryland sales territory.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable agronomic and technical advice related to lawn, golf, sports turf, and ornamental products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work independently to manage your territory while also collaborating with the team as needed to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, ideally within the turf or related industries, is not required but preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
